You can replace within 7 days from the date of receipt. 2- Return fee of 35 riyals, and you can complete the process within 7 days from the date of receiving the order. 3- The customer bears the shipping costs for the return of 35 riyals, and also the delivery fees paid are non-refundable (Samsa 23 riyals, Aramex 24 riyals, Sakaka courier 30 riyals, Qaryat courier 30 riyals, Hail courier 30 riyals, Arar courier 30 riyals). 4- In the case of returning orders included in the free delivery offer, the delivery fee and return fee will be deducted from the order value. 5- Orders from outside Saudi Arabia are non-returnable or exchangeable. 6- Refunds are processed after the order is handed over to the shipping company, and it may take from 2 to 14 working days for delivery. If the product received is non-compliant with the store’s policy, the store has the right to claim from the customer. 7- The order cannot be canceled if it is ready. 8- Delivery fees are non-refundable if canceled after shipping. 9- In case of a manufacturing defect or error in the product, it will be returned after reporting it.
